Returns & Exchanges

At The Japan Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, tagged apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Japanese designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
